What rental items do you offer besides bundles?

If you can dream it, we can source it. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond, whether it's tapping into our network of rental providers for a clear-top tent, or sifting through vintage antique stores for that perfect wedding mirror-sign. So if you have something in mind that we haven't listed, don't hesitate to ask - we'll do our absolute best to find it for you.

How do I get a quote?

Submit a contact form with your requests or checkout one of our bundles; we review everything and respond within 24 hours to provide a quote or request any additional information (for best results, include your event dates, delivery address, and number of attendees!)

I like my quote; how do I reserve the items I requested?

As soon as we hear back that you're happy with the quoted items, we'll send you a payment link to lock in your reservation. Typically, we use a 50% deposit to reserve your rental with the balance due on delivery, though this may vary if we're working with partners who have different policies.

How does delivery work?

When you make your reservation, we'll ask about your delivery needs and preferences. Generally, we like to deliver 1-2 days in advance and pick up 1-2 days after the event so that you don't have to stress about setting up. However, we can work with tighter windows as necessary. We always keep an open line of communication around delivery times to make sure things go smoothly.

Do you offer linens?

Yes! We have a wide linen catalog with tablecloths, napkins, runners, and more. Contact us to browse or let us know exactly what you're looking for.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 7 days from the start of the rental period will forfeit the initial deposit. The full price is due for any cancellations that occur less than 7 days from the rental period. We will do our best to work with any requests to reschedule, subject to prior commitments and equipment availability.

Do you offer planning services?

We don't plan events or weddings ourselves, but we have contacts who do! If you're looking for planners or other vendor referrals, feel free to ask and we'll be happy to connect you.

When should I book rentals for an upcoming event?

Book early! We accept reservations up to a year in advance, so don’t wait—especially if you know what you need.

To accommodate last-minute arrangements, bookings made within 14 days of the event are subject to a late notice surcharge of 30% of the total cost (capped at $500) or a flat $100, whichever is greater.
